Sharko’s Bean Cutter

This is a semi-automatic bean cutter.  It uses a real knife and is semi-automatic to control speed and move beans as they get cut.  A tilt sensor is used which is connected to the motor and a knife is attached to the motor.  Very simple programming of tilt sensor is done.  A wheel is attached to the tilt sensor to tilt it backwards and forwards.

What a clever use of the tilt sensor! I’d be a little worried about my fingers, though–that knife looks sharp!
