For our book show, 2nd grade High Tech Elementary engineers recreated scenes from a book we have been reading in class: Raspberries! An American Tale of Cooperation. Watch the video below to listen to grade two tell the story complete with robotic reenactment of each scene!
This MusicBot was made by second graders at High Tech Elementary. To use something that isn’t a Lego we used a ruber band and tape. (We don’t know if tape counts but the rubber band counts!) Hope you like the video.
How this works is that the domino hits the silver piece and the rest are just decorations.
We made a MusicBot. It will make a slamming sound when the arm hits the play doh cup. It is so fun!!! Hope you enjoy it. By Eva and Tristan!!! By the way, we are great partners.
We like our robot because it made music and we really like it and it was cool also it was fun. Our MusicBot makes music like drums do and it will hit the drum like drum sticks.
Our MusicBot makes clicks for our msuic. It has one non-Lego piece which is a rubber band. It has a Lego piece that hangs down and makes the clicking. It’s a tower that hangs down the Lego piece. It’s powered by a motor.
